Q. When will my parcel arrive once I have purchased it?
A. Once payment is received, goods will be despatched on either New Zealand Couriers or Post Haste. (courier delivery times can be out of our control)
    South Island freight will be overnight if goods purchased before midday.
    North Island freight will be 2-3 working days if goods purchased before midday.
 
Q. How much does standard freight cost?
A. Our shipping costs including GST are
    Flat rate (excluding rural) $4.00
  
Q. Can I get overnight delivery to North Island?
A. Yes you can but there will be an extra delivery fee at your cost. Email admin@frommetoyou.co.nz and we can give you a quote on the extra cost.
  
Q. What is standard freight?
A. Standard freight does not include rural (according to our courier website), Saturday delivery and postal box deliveries.

Q. Can you deliver to a postal box?
A. No. Our courier requires a physical address.
  
Q. Does someone need to sign for the package?
A. Yes, simply as it is the best way to ensure your package gets delivered to the correct person. It is best to include a phone number for you or your recipient as the courier can contact directly. If the courier cannot contact you or the recipient or gain access to the property they will leave a calling card. The courier depot can then be contacted directly to organise a redelivery or pick up.
 
Q. Do you send to hospitals?
A. Yes we do. You will need to include the name of the Hospital, Ward number and room number. The courier will deliver the goods to the inwards area. The courier is only responsible for delivering goods to this area. It is not our responsibility to ensure the gift gets to the recipient after courier has delivered to the inwards area.

Q. Where are you based?
A. Our office is based in Rolleston, Canterbury.
 
Q. How does my parcel arrive?
A.  A standard order will be couriered in either a recyclable cardboard box or Jiffy bag.
Our gifts come in a recyclable brown cardboard box. We also use pop starch as filling which is 100% compostable and biodegradable. The boxes are topped off with red twine. For gift wrapping we offer the option of the box being wrapped in 100% recycled kraft paper. 
 
Q. What credit cards do you take?
A. Paypal accept Visa and MasterCard.
 
Q. What if I have special delivery instructions?
A. Once in checkout you can add your special delivery instructions under 'additional information'.
 
Q. If my parcel is a present for someone else will you gift wrap it and send it to them?
A. Yes, if you would like your present gift wrapped, please add that option to your shopping cart. At checkout complete the shipping address of where you would like the goods sent.
