Directions for use - Apply frequently, particularly after feeding baby and after bathing or showering. As with all creams, gently wipe away any excess amounts prior to feeding. There is no need to wash the breast first as this can cause soreness and the washing away of natural oils secreted onto the nipple by your own body.
